Straight answersThe portal is part of how we deliver managed services, not a paid extra. If we run your IT, you get the platform: the insights, the budgeting view, the recommendations and the compliance alignment, because transparency shouldn't be a line item.
The platform uses AI to analyse your environment continuously and turn raw operational data into plain-English insight: spotting aging hardware, risky configurations, spend drift and posture gaps, and drafting the prioritised recommendations our team reviews with you. That's exactly what it's for. The alignment view maps your controls against recognised standards with evidence attached, so when a board, insurer, auditor or enterprise customer asks where you stand, you show them rather than tell them.
